2. Consumer Rights & Distance Selling
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, UK consumers are entitled to:
Receive goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose
Cancel orders within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding shipping costs, except for customised or personalised items
Return items in original condition for a refund, as detailed in our Returns Policy
Non-UK consumers may have similar rights under their local consumer protection laws.
3. Products, Pricing & Availability

Prices are in GBP and include applicable VAT; shipping costs are additional.

Domestic & EU: Standard shipping applies. We comply with EU and UK import/export regulations.
USA & Canada:
Shipping is available conditionally. Customers must comply with import regulations, including permits or phytosanitary certificates if required.
We are not responsible for customs delays, confiscation, or fines.
Other International: Customers must confirm that dried botanical products are legal in their country.
Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for:

Covering customs duties, taxes, and fees
