Returns & Refunds
UK consumers are entitled to cancel orders for 14 days after receiving goods (Distance Selling Regulations), except for personalised or perishable items. Non-UK consumers should check local regulations.
All products must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Fresh flowers
Gift cards
Customised or personalised products
Sale items
Any goods returned more than 14 days after receipt
Reporting Issues
If items arrive damaged or defective, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt. A photograph is required to support your claim.
How to Return
Send the item to the address provided on your package.
Customers are responsible for return postage; this cost is non-refundable.
For high-value items (£75+), we recommend using a trackable or insured shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm receipt and refund approval.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

Exchanges
Exchanges are only possible for defective or damaged items.
To request an exchange, contact us at hello@driedfloraldecor.com before returning the item.
Order Cancellations & Transaction Fees
To cancel an order, email us within 24 hours of purchase.
Transaction fees may apply for cancelled orders, depending on payment processing.
If we cancel your order (e.g., restricted country, customs issues, product availability), you will be refunded in full.
International Shipping & Import Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and fees in their country.
It is your responsibility to ensure that importing dried botanical products is legal in your country.
We do not provide refunds if items are seized or held by customs.
Any inspection costs imposed by authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
